It’s a sautedd onions and bell peppers served sizzling hot with fresh tortillas, guacamole , sour cream, and pico de gallo. If you want you can get even a plain vegetarian fajitas.

• 4 5-ounce fresh lobster tail from Mahahual coast
• 1/3 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons snipped fresh fresh cilantro
• 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
• Lemon wedges (optional)
