The Cruise Port & Marina is currently the biggest and most complete development in the island of Roatan and first of its class in the Central American region. In response to the growing demand for retail space at this site, the Port of Roatan is already taking the steps to plan the development of a second phase, which will include more retail and entertainment space as well as first class amenities.

Our recipe consists of three ingredients - Tequila, Cointreau (triple sec) and fresh lime juice. The true art of making margaritas lies on the quality and in the ideal ratios os the ingredientes. The ratio for margarita mix can vary from equal parts of each ingredient to 3:2:1 tequila: cointreau: lime juice. The triple sec is an orange liquer that adds a sweet-and sour flavor to the cocktail. SALUD!!!!

A pretty blue colonial facade with picture windows welcomes you to Guatemala's best steak house. Most meats, including the rib eye and chateaubriand, come from the United States, but the specialty of the house, a skirt steak called the churrasco los ranchos, is a hearty cut that hails from Argentina. Ask your server to recommend one of the excellent wines from Chile or France. Save room for dessert, which ranges from tiramisu to tres leches, a type of cake injected with sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream.
