* whole red snapper
* fresh lime juice
* Red Bell peppers
* Green Bell peppers
* pinch of salt
* pinch of pepper
* 1 onion sliced
* garlic, peeled and diced
* tomato sauce
* tomatoes seeded and diced, coarsely chopped
* cup oil
* bay leaf
* teaspoon dried oregano
* jalapenos (canned) roughly chopped
* tablespoons capers
* green olives, quartered

1/2 pound beer battered shrimp
1 diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup chopped white onion
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tostada shells, warmed
1 cups shredded lettuce

Served with our special Chipotle mayo sauce
