Ingredients

1. 1 stick of butter, room temperature
2. 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
3. 2 large shallots, quartered
4. 4 large garlic cloves, halved
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
7. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
8. 10- to 12-ounces of Arranchera steaks
9. 4 big U 16 uncooked Shrimp,cut lengthwise in half

Method
Combine ingredients 1 to 7 in processor and blend until almost smooth. Spread the butter over each side of each steak and over each shrimp. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Transfer remaining seasoned butter to small recipient.
Prepare grilled (medium-high heat). Set pan with butter at edge of barbecue until butter is melted. Grill steaks until cooked to desired, medium rare recommended. Grill Shrimp, shell side down, for about 4 to 6 minutes. Turn over and grill the tail until meat is just cooked in center, about 4 minutes. Place the steaks and Shrimps into a nice plate. Serve with warm seasoned garlic butter, onion rings and caribbean fries.
